This delicious smoothie bowl will remind you of a home made blueberry pie. You can adjust the taste of it by adding cinnamon & cardamom to your desired taste. Different toppings will create different textures too, try granola for example for a crunchy texture!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananaa
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
  • Heaped tsp Arctic Power Berries Blueberry Powder
  • Splash non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • Cinnamon & cardamom

Directions

  1. Pop all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. You may need to add a little extra milk and stop and scrape down the sides a little to help everything blend.
  3. Pour into your favourite bowl and add your favourite toppings and an extra dusting of blueberry powder.
