Coconut blackcurrant chia pudding

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 coconut milk
- 1/2 almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant powder
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, almond milk, maple syrup and Blackcurrant powder until well combined and the mixture starts to thicken.
- Pour in two jars and put them in the fridge to set.
- Add all of your favourite toppings such as another sprinkle of berry powder, pomegranate seeds or sliced fruit. Enjoy!
