Mixed Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 100g jumbo oats
- 2 tsp Arctic Berries Mixed Berry powder
- 120g coconut yoghurt, non dairy if necessary (I used the Coconut Collaborative unsweetened coconut yoghurt.)
- 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup, optional (I find the unsweetened coconut yoghurt along with the berry powder sweetens the oats enough.)
- 250ml milk of choice
- Peanut butter, cacao nibs, chopped hazelnuts and some
- fresh blackberries to serve
Directions
- Mix together the berry powder and yoghurt in a bowl.
- Add the oats, maple syrup and milk to a large jug or bowl.
- Stir through most of the yoghurt mixture, reserving 2 -3 tbsp for serving on top.
- Leave the oats in the fridge overnight.
- Serve oats in bowls, or glasses, topped with reserved mixed berry powder infused yoghurt, peanut butter, cacao nibs, chopped hazelnuts and some optional fresh blackberries.
