Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 50 g frozen cauliflower or frozen zucchini
- Half an orange
- Squeeze of lemon
- 100 ml thick plant-based yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Sea Buckthorn powder
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy with toppings of choice such as Arctic Power Berries berry powder sprinkled on top, slices of orange and quinoa pops.
