Ingredients
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 tbsps Arctic Power Berries Lingonberry powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 50g dark chocolate
Directions
- Pop all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Roll into balls, then drizzle with a little melted chocolate and pop into the fridge to set for a couple of hours.
