Cacao and Blackcurrant smoothie bowl

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 80g mixed frozen berries
- 1-2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant Powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 60-100ml plant-based milk
- To serve: extra coconut yoghurt, blackcurrant powder, granola, cacao nibs, dark chocolate
Directions
- Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add more milk for a runnier smoothie.
- Serve in a bowl topped with your desired toppings.
