We love this dark coloured smoothie bowl with lots of toppings: Extra coconut yogurt, more blackcurrant powder, granola, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, sliced bananas. More the merrier!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 80g mixed frozen berries
  • 1-2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant Powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 60-100ml plant-based milk
  • To serve: extra coconut yoghurt, blackcurrant powder, granola, cacao nibs, dark chocolate

Directions

  1. Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add more milk for a runnier smoothie.
  2. Serve in a bowl topped with your desired toppings.
