This crunchy and tasty granola is great when served on natural yogurt with berry powder, on on top of a berry powder flavoured chia pudding.

1 large jar

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 heaped tsp Arctic Power Berries Blueberry powder
  • Handful of chopped cashews
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • Dash of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. In a saucepan, gently melt the coconut oil and agave syrup, then stir through the berry powder and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and toss everything together.
  4. Pour this onto the tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, tossing half way through to prevent burning.
  5. Let to cool down and store in an airtight jar or container
