Wild blueberry granola

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 heaped tsp Arctic Power Berries Blueberry powder
- Handful of chopped cashews
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- Dash of vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180c and line a tray with baking paper.
- In a saucepan, gently melt the coconut oil and agave syrup, then stir through the berry powder and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and toss everything together.
- Pour this onto the tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, tossing half way through to prevent burning.
- Let to cool down and store in an airtight jar or container
