Berry powders work magic in overnight oats, as the oats soften and the berry powder melts in and creates a tasty flavour. You can serve this with more peanut butter, extra berry powder on top and chopped dark chocolate.

None, but needs to set in the fridge for at least an hour

Ingredients

  • 100ml plant-based yogurt
  • 100ml plant-based milk
  • 25g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Blackcurrant powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • dark chocolate

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Swirl in the peanut butter too.
  2. Let set overnight or at least 1 hour in the fridge.
  3. Serve with more peanut butter and chopped dark chocolate.
