Lingonberry smoothie bowl
“How pretty is the colour of this smoothie bowl! You can add some extra toppings of choice, on this one we used sliced banana, pomegranate seeds, granola and an extra sprinkle of berry powder.”

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 100g courgette, frozen in cubes
- 80g frozen raspberries
- 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Lingonberry Powder
- 100-120ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp tahini
- To serve: granola, fruit, extra tahini, maple syrup, extra Lingonberry Powder
Directions
- Add all the smoothie bowl ingredients to a blender or food processor and whizz until creamy, adding more milk for a runnier smoothie.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with the granola, fruit, tahini, maple syrup and Lingonberry Powder.
