Lingonberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 100g courgette, frozen in cubes
- 80g frozen raspberries
- 2 tsp Arctic Power Berries Lingonberry Powder
- 100-120ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp tahini
- To serve: granola, fruit, extra tahini, maple syrup, extra Lingonberry Powder
Directions
- Add all the smoothie bowl ingredients to a blender or food processor and whizz until creamy, adding more milk for a runnier smoothie.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with the granola, fruit, tahini, maple syrup and Lingonberry Powder.
